So here we are. We made it! After a long day last
monday we finally started packing the truck around 11am or so. (We picked it up at 8am) With some awesome help from people we started packing up. We were able to get everything pack about 7pm. We decided to hit the road. We started driving and made it to Beaver about 1am. We pulled over and stayed at a
hotal for the next few hours, you see we thought the next day we could move in before 4:30pm. Once we called, we found out that was not the case. So we started to take our time driving. We enjoyed all the sights that both Southern Utah had to offer as well as Arizona. We stopped in Flagstaff and went to a park for some lunch and to just chill. We hung around for about 2 hours then got back on the road. We made it to Mesa about 7pm or so and decided to just take it easy in the
hotal before our big move in day the next morning. Dad(art) and Joey met up with some friends of Dad's and
Stef, Jessica, Jonathan and
CJ hung back and got some room service. It was really good. We woke up the next day thinking that we could need this lady at 8am to get our keys, again this was not the case and that we needed to come back at 9am. We drove back to the Hotel and
grabed everyone and the trucks and went back at 9am. Jessica checked us all in and before we knew it the place was ours. We started moving it all in! We looked around a bit and
relized that we are going to like the layout better than our own house in Utah! We got everything moved in, in about 3 hours. We sat down to chill (or cool off) and noticed a few things. The Air conditioner was going full blast and it only got down to 80 degrees. Holy cow that is not cool at all so we thought! Compared to the 115 degrees outside we will take it! So we thought a nice cold glass of water. Well you guessed it no cold water! Well not cold in the sense we are used to it. It water out of the tap comes from a water tower that, well gets baked in the sun all day. It is just cool enough to take a shower but as for a tall glass of water, well that will come from the fridge. We have gotten everything moved in and Jessica has started school. She is way excited about it all and her classes will be so fun for her. Jonathan is still looking for a Job and is busy taking care of the new house and keeping the baby happy while mom is gone. There are some pictures below . Thanks for all your love and support and we will keep things updated now that we are settled a bit. Love you all!

I'm glad you made it safe and sound. What an adventure. Did the recent storm affect you? I saw on the news that Tempe had quite a bit of damage. I think I'd ask for a repair on the A/C. Have fun making your new house a home!
